1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply to the singular and plural forms and to all grammatical variants of the defined terms:

• "brtpkr," "we," "us," "our" refers to the brtpkr platform, its operating entity, and all affiliated services available at brtpkr.net and any associated mobile-optimized URLs.
• "Platform" means the brtpkr website, all casino game lobbies, the sports betting section, the fishing game section, account management tools, payment processing interfaces, and any other software or service made available by brtpkr.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the brtpkr Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the brtpkr Platform, identified by a Pakistani mobile number and protected by a password and optional OTP two-factor authentication.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated virtual account balance held within a User's brtpkr Account, from which deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are managed.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a User's PKR Wallet that consists of funds deposited by the User, net of wagered and withdrawn amounts, excluding any Bonus Funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, free spin equivalent credit, or matched deposit bonus amount credited to a User's Account under the terms of a brtpkr promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they can be converted to Real Money Balance and made available for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the identity verification process at brtpkr which requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and may require additional supporting documentation.
• "Gaming License" means the internationally recognized gaming license under which brtpkr operates, details of which are available on the brtpkr Platform.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering a brtpkr Account, you represent and warrant the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to meet this age requirement throughout your use of the Platform;
• You are accessing and using the brtpkr Platform of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or operating under any proxy arrangement that would conceal the true identity or age of the actual user;
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from brtpkr or had your Account closed by brtpkr for a breach of these Terms;
• You are not classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to any international sanctions that would prohibit your participation in online gaming services;
• You understand that online gaming involves real financial risk and that the house maintains a statistical advantage across all casino game types offered on the brtpkr Platform.

brtpkr reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting CNIC documentation, additional identity verification materials, or proof of age. Failure to satisfy or maintain any eligibility condition is grounds for immediate Account suspension and restriction of PKR Wallet access pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Single Account Policy

3.1 Registration Process

Registration on the brtpkr Platform requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, which serves as the primary Account identifier. A one-time password (OTP) is delivered to the registered number to confirm ownership. Users must also provide a password and, where required by brtpkr's KYC process, submit a valid CNIC and any additional documentation requested.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual User is permitted to maintain only one (1) brtpkr Account. The creation, operation, or use of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different mobile numbers, devices, or payment methods are used. If brtpkr identifies multiple Accounts attributed to the same individual, brtpkr reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

3.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information — including, but not limited to, a false date of birth, a third party's CNIC, or an unregistered mobile number — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any PKR Wallet balance.

3.4 Account Security

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. brtpkr will never request a User's password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through a User's Account — whether authorized or not — is the responsibility of the Account holder until brtpkr is formally notified in writing of unauthorized access. brtpkr strongly recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication on all Accounts.

4. PKR Wallet & Payment Terms

4.1 Currency

The brtpkr Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. brtpkr does not charge an internal currency conversion fee; however, Users depositing via USDT TRC20 should note that the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation on the blockchain.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

brtpkr currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, MCB bank transfer, Allied Bank transfer, Bank Al Falah transfer, SadaPay (Raast), and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Payments section of the brtpkr Platform at the time of transaction.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the User's PKR Wallet on an immediate basis in standard conditions. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 10 to 60 minutes during standard processing hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following a minimum of one (1) blockchain confirmation. brtpkr is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking infrastructure downtime, or network congestion on the TRON blockchain.

4.4 Segregated Accounts

As required by brtpkr's Gaming License, all Real Money Balances held in User PKR Wallets are maintained in accounts segregated from brtpkr's operational and corporate funds. User funds are not available for any purpose other than payment of User winnings and withdrawals. This segregation provides protection in the event of brtpkr's insolvency or financial difficulty, though it does not constitute a guarantee of repayment.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses and promotional offers at brtpkr are available to eligible registered members who meet the specific conditions of each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one claim per Account, per household, and per payment method. brtpkr reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the resulting balance can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements at brtpkr are set at 15x the bonus amount. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in individual promotion terms. Bets placed at minimum odds or stakes specified in the promotion terms are required to qualify for contribution toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

brtpkr operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using automated betting patterns specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated wagering across related Accounts, and any other conduct that exploits promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

6. Gameplay Rules & Sports Betting

6.1 Casino Games

All RNG-based casino games available on the brtpkr Platform are sourced from certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Habanero, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages displayed for each game reflect independently certified figures. brtpkr does not modify RTP at the platform level.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed from professionally operated studios. All sessions are recorded in full as required by brtpkr's Gaming License. 7. Withdrawal Policy

USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes plus blockchain confirmation time. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the brtpkr Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age or facilitating underage access to the Platform;
• Creating or operating more than one brtpkr Account in any name or using any method;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game where such collusion confers an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain financial advantage;
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual;
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion or cool-off periods by registering a new Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that brtpkr reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

9. Responsible Gaming

brtpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within every registered Account's settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated notifications remind Users of the duration of their current gaming session at intervals set by the User.
• Cool-Off Periods: Users may activate a temporary exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which the Account is restricted from all real-money gaming activities. Cool-off periods cannot be reversed once initiated.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the brtpkr Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. brtpkr will make reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded individuals from creating new Accounts. Self-exclusion should be considered by any User who feels that gambling is causing financial, personal, or psychological harm.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the brtpkr Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, visual design, game content licensed from third-party providers, the brtpkr brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks, is the property of brtpkr or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the brtpkr Platform without express written permission from brtpkr.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, brtpkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to a User's use of the Platform, including but not limited to: financial losses from gaming activities, loss of data, business interruption, or emotional distress. brtpkr's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their PKR Wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

brtpkr does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or technical defects, or that any particular game result will be obtained. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. brtpkr is not responsible for internet connectivity failures, mobile network disruptions, or device-level technical issues that affect a User's ability to access the Platform or complete a gaming session.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

brtpkr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, failure to complete required KYC verification, suspicious financial activity, underage use, self-exclusion requests, and any other conduct that brtpkr determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Users, or the integrity of brtpkr's Gaming License.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Funds in the Account are immediately voided. Real Money Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited in cases involving confirmed fraud, money laundering, or material misrepresentation. Users who believe their Account has been terminated in error may contact brtpkr's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.

Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting brtpkr support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method following completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

brtpkr collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at brtpkr.net/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, Users consent to the collection and processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of information with payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law or licensing obligations.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the brtpkr Platform — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus terms, withdrawal processing, or Account decisions — Users must first submit a formal complaint to brtpkr's support team at [email protected] (displayed as plain text). brtpkr will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 business days. 14.3 Limitation Period

All claims against brtpkr arising from or related to these Terms must be submitted within 90 days of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.

15. Amendments to These Terms

brtpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via a notification on the Platform or to the mobile number registered on the User's Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the brtpkr Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users who do not accept the updated Terms may close their Account in accordance with Section 12.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which brtpkr's Gaming License is issued. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits brtpkr's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between brtpkr and the User with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. No waiver of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
